AffordableACLS is committed to providing high-quality online training and certification courses built on AHA and ILCOR guidelines and authored by Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians. To protect the integrity of our program and maintain fair standards for all users, we have updated our refund policy to reflect industry best practices.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if the course has not been started.
If you have not begun the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A non-refundable eight-dollar processing fee will apply to all approved refunds.

No Refunds After a Course Has Been Started

Once you begin the course—whether by opening course modules, viewing training content, starting any lessons, or completing the exam—your enrollment is considered active and no refund will be issued, regardless of employer acceptance, certification outcome, or completion status.

This policy prevents misuse of the course materials and certification card and ensures fairness across all users.

Employer Requirements
‍
Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to confirm your employer’s certification or recertification requirements for ACLS, PALS, or BLS. While our courses follow AHA and ILCOR standards, they are not an AHA live course, and no fully online course is AHA-sanctioned. If your employer requires an in-person AHA class, please consult the official AHA website.

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If your course has not been started and you are within the 14-day window, you may submit a refund request by emailing support@affordableacls.com.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Date of purchase
• The email used at checkout

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Course Access and Certification After Refund
‍
Once a refund is issued, all course materials, certificates, provider cards, and user profiles will be disabled. Your certification will no longer appear as valid in our verification system.

If you have questions before purchasing or need help determining whether your employer accepts online certification, our support team is here to assist.

At AffordableACLS, our dedication lies in delivering top-tier online training and certification courses. This commitment is why we proudly offer a  money-back guarantee on all course purchases in the event your employer or organization does not recognize our provider card.

To request a refund, simply submit your email request within 14 days from date of purchase. You also have the option to cancel a course for a full refund BEFORE taking the final exam by submitting a request. We do require that you provide a contact name and phone number of your employer so that we can clarify why the course was not accepted, PRIOR to issuing a refund.

If your organization does not accept our AffordableACLS.com provider card, rest assured that you qualify for a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your experience with us is seamless and hassle-free. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we want to make your journey with us as smooth as possible. If you find that your employer or organization doesn’t recognize our provider card, we will promptly issue a  refund for your purchased course(s) if requested within the 14-day window. We do incur an $8 dollar credit card fee for this, and this will be the only portion not refunded. To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@affordableacls.com, and we will expedite your request. Please include your name , date of purchase, and reason that you are requesting a refund.

You are responsible for confirming your organization’s ACLS, PALS, or BLS certification/recertification requirements before enrolling in any of our courses. Although our courses are built using an AHA / ILCOR framework and recommendations, and written by Emergency Medicine Physicians, we are not an AHA sanctioned course. No 100 percent online course is sanctioned by AHA. If you need a live AHA course, please refer to the AHA website.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your training needs, we reserve the right to issue a full refund, though we exercise this discretion only in extreme cases.

Upon processing a refund, all course completion cards, provider cards, certificates, online user profiles, and any other materials issued to you prior to the refund will be invalidated and made inaccessible. Our certificate validation system will no longer show completion of our course.

Your trust in our commitment to providing outstanding training experiences and customer satisfaction is highly valued. Our refund policy mirrors our confidence in the quality of our courses and our dedication to ensuring your satisfaction.
